Welsh Literature, History and Heritage with Rita Singer

About

Rita Singer

I am an experienced researcher, project and engagement officer with a particular interest in Welsh literature, heritage and history. Since 2013, I have worked with universities, national and local heritage and culture institutions across Wales.

I am dedicated to community outreach and engagement. I enjoy supporting museums and community groups in uncovering overlooked or difficult histories, particularly about individuals from under-represented backgrounds.

My expertise includes Welsh heritage tourism and history, links between identities and geography and historical fiction. I have published academic and general articles, organised events and workshops, created educational web resources and curated travelling exhibitions. I have also edited several literary works by Welsh authors.
